Is Your Husband Cheating on You – 3 Signs he's Stepping Out

There may come a time in your marriage when you the question of your husband cheating comes up. It may be a random though, a niggling fear, or a hollow feeling deep in the pit of your stomach. It is never wise to borrow troubles to worry over but if you are experiencing real fear that your husband is cheating on you it is much better to find out the facts than to make yourself sick worrying about. Here are three signs to watch for that might lead you on a quest to get definite answers.

1)   Major and sudden changes in attitude. If your husband suddenly becomes the cheerful helper when he used to argue and grumble about regularly household chores or pitching in for carpools and errands it's a sign that some major change is taking place. One possibility is that he is making up for a guilty conscience. But, it's important to remember that it could be completely innocent on its own. It's when this is combined with one or more of the other signs that you might want to start digging deeper.

2)   New interest or disinterest in sex. Sex is an important part of life as man and wife. If your husband has suddenly become insatiable in the bedroom or the opposite and digs his fingernails in the ceiling begging and crying whenever you extend an invitation there is a definite sign that something is going on in his head. One possibility is that he's worried lingering signs of the other woman will be discovered, he's exhausted by the other woman, or that the other woman has really renewed his interest in you. Of course, it could be innocent, a matter of stress, or just bad timing too.

3)   New habits to get used to. If his weekly poker game has become an almost nightly poker game or he's suddenly visiting the gym three times more often (without any tell-tale results of serious gym time) then something is going on other than being at the gym or becoming a gambling addict. Now might be the perfect time for you to consider finding out where he is really going and what's going on when he gets there. New routines often are a sure sign of changes (especially in men who generally love having their routines). If this is combined with the other two signs he's cheating on you then it's time to dig in your heels and go for proof. Getting to the bottom of it will do your head and your heart much better than fearing the worst.
