The reasons behind infidelity are mainly because of him and his insecurities. It is so frustrating for women to hear an endless excuse for sleeping with someone else and trying to persuade the woman he had just cause. Here are a few reasons behind infidelity.
Men cheat because of low self-esteem, sexual fantasies, or their relationship isn't giving him everything they want. Some men just need the validation. Staying with a cheating man is a personal decision but the idea he will cheat again isn't without precedent. There are men that can't stop themselves from sleeping with all the pretty women they see.
A man will even blame a woman for causing him to stray. He says he doesn't feel loved by her anymore, he isn't getting the attention he needs, he wants more intimacy, and the love at home is falling apart. It's always something and it is rarely ever a woman's justice to be cheated on. He really cheated because he didn't have the courage to leave or say he is unhappy. Instead of talking about his issues, his low self-esteem destroys a family. The opposite is he thinks he is the man but really can't control is libido.
Try counseling or talking at home more to work through the problems and ask the hard questions. After dealing with an unfaithful partner, you have to try to work it out or admit that you must let go. In the end, if he really loved you, he wouldn't break your heart. The reasons behind infidelity are merely excuses.
